Step 1:
Open up your iTunes application.
Step 2: 
In the left column of the program is a variety of options, choose iTunes Store under the Store category.
Step 3: 
On the top right corner of the screen is an image of a magnifying glass and a blank white space. Click your cursor in the blank space and type in the title of the podcast you wish to view.
NOTE - If you are unsure of the podcast title you wish to view, type in the category, i.e. baseball, photoshop, comedy, etc.
Step 4: 
The bottom half of the window will display all of the results from your search, click to select the appropriate choice. To filter results to show only podcasts, click the See All button in the Podcast category window.
NOTE - The top half of the screen will display any series that match your search, here you can subscribe to a show by series instead of by episode.
Step 5:
After you have highlighted your choice, you will notice the price column to the right of the screen. There you will notice a grey bar that either reads Get Episode or Subscribe. By subscribing to a podcast, you will download the most recent episode of the series, as well as automatically download any new episodes that series adds. All podcasts are free of charge.
Step 6: 
After your podcast finishes downloading, it will then be ready to view in your library. On the left column there is a bold category titled, Library, underneath that category is a folder called Podcasts. Click to select this folder and all of your downloads will appear in the right hand window.
Step 7: 
Double click on the podcast of your choice, watch, and enjoy!
NOTE - Your iTunes preferences can be setup to automatically download new podcasts or alert you when they are available.
